Problem: Screen appears to be frozen

Symptoms

Oudie seems to run fine. When I touch the screen, I can hear the short beeps for each touch however nothing happens.

This happens more often after a long period of non-use.

Solution:The most likely problem is that the touch screen needs re-alignment. To do this please copy the following file into the root of your Oudie memory (or into the root of the microSD card): http://download.naviter.com/oudie/calibration/UpdateOudie.exeand reboot:  Instructions for updating the Oudie manuallyIf #1 doesn’t help, try unwinding the screws on the back of the device about 1/4 or 1/2 of a turn. If that doesn’t help please contact us at  support@naviter.com or by opening an on-line support ticket and we will help you.
