Everything else depends on carriers and possibly Customs delays if you are from outside EU.
To ensure the speediest possible turnaround please include this in your shipment:

2. Description of the fault or a copy email conversation with Naviter about it
3. Return address and telephone number
4. Declare package value as 100 € and device hardware serial number in order to avoid additional customs costs (if you are sending it from outside of European Union).
